The story begins in 1973, when Late Shri Kishanlal Bitthaldas Sarraf founded what became known as Mathura’s first registered and most trusted silver jewellery firm. The business was built on three non-negotiables: purity of material, clarity of pricing, and absolute honesty with customers.

Over time, the family expanded into multiple jewellery and bullion outlets. The surname became synonymous with fair dealing and reliability, not just in one neighbourhood, but across the city.

Entering Real Estate : From Jewellery to Real Estate

By 2000, the family had built the financial and reputational strength to enter real estate. The early years included:
